All nursery practitioners will be expected to deliver and maintain high quality early years provision by:
-Demonstrating a good understanding of child development and to be aware of every child's individual needs.
-Observing, assessing and planning individual next steps for their key children in partnership with parents and any other professionals involved, linked to the EYFS.
-Demonstrate a good understanding of health and safety, safeguarding and child protection procedures, knowing who to raise concerns with and when, including in relation to the prevent duty.
-Demonstrating effective communication, listening skills and respect for colleagues, children, parents and visitors.
-Working as a team, communicating effectively with colleagues to develop and provide a consistent high quality provision.
-Following the Early Years Foundation Stage welfare requirements and to support children to work towards the Early Years Outcomes.
-Being a positive role model for children.
-Planning and leading group activities to support children's learning and development.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 31.5 per week
