We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner who brings warmth, creativity and a genuine passion for early childhood. Our nursery is calm, curiosity-inspired and filled with opportunities for children to explore, imagine and grow. We want someone who enjoys turning everyday moments into meaningful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and learning for children aged 0-5
Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
Support child-led exploration and curiosity
Build positive, professional relationships with children, families and colleagues
Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children
Complete observations and contribute to learning journeys
Maintain a safe, organised and welcoming learning environment
Play an active role in a supportive, collaborative team
What You Bring
A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Strong understanding of the EYFS
A nurturing, positive and child-centred approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliability, professionalism and a proactive attitude
A sense of humour and the ability to stay calm when things get lively
Commitment to safeguarding and high-quality practice

Salary of 28,000-30,000 depending on experience
40 hours per week with consistent shifts
