Job Description

Passionate, dedicated and professional qualified level 3 (or equivalent) nursery practitioners required to join and compliment our 'family feel' team. Flexible with work pattern e.g. part time, full time and SALARY NEGIOTABLE based on recent knowledge and experience.

You must be motivated to make a real difference to all children in your care. Having a particular interest and passion for SEND is desirable. However, the essential aspect is having patience, compassion, enthusiasm and experience in excellent communication skills and interaction, activities, games etc to help meet our children's needs and interests.

You will be a Key Worker in which you must be able to build a sound and trusted relationship with not only the children but work in partnership with their carers and families too. You must be able to effectively embrace the daily routine of the room, engage the children in exciting, educational, and creative activities, have a robust knowledge of the EYFS and enjoy working as part of a fun, vibrant and dedicated team. Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate if possible.

Our homely nursery is situated in the Reading town centre close and convenient for all transport links, Oracle shopping centre, River Thames etc. There is a large and enticing garden for our children but also a secret garden for staff to enjoy on their breaks.
