As a Full-Time Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and high-quality early education. You will be a key part of our daily operations, helping to create a warm, stimulating, and educational environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Offering high-quality care and meeting individual needs across all areas of development.
Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and your colleagues.
Supporting children's social, emotional, and physical development through purposeful play and exploration.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment, following all health and safety and safeguarding policies.
Being an enthusiastic and positive role model who encourages independence and confidence.
Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Contributing to observations, assessments, and planning to support each child's learning journey.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who is passionate, caring, and committed to giving children the best possible start in life.
Essential:
A minimum
Level 3 qualification
in Early Years or Childcare.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
Great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
A positive, nurturing, and proactive attitude.
An enhanced DBS check (prior to starting employment).
Desirable:
Previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.
