About Us

Happy Days Boorley Green will offer high-quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years in a warm, nurturing environment designed to spark curiosity and independence. Located next to Boorley Park Primary School, our nursery features exceptional outdoor spaces, free-flow access, and thoughtfully curated resources that support exploration and discovery.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early experiences of children in our care. You will be responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that fosters children's development from birth-5. If you're Level 3 qualified, your passion for childcare, creativity, and dedication will make you an essential part of our team.

A pivotal part of the role will be your ability to plan and implement exciting learning opportunities for a ground of key children, ensuing your children's interests and developmental stages are catered to, whilst also ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in our care.

Happy days strives to foster a real team ethos within our nurseries, so you will have the opportunity to work within a thriving busy team environment, collaborating effectively to maintain a clean, safe and organised nursery which has the children and families' best interests at heart.

Beyond the care of our children, our families are at the centre of everything we do, therefore our nursery practitioners will communicate effectively with our families, creating professional relationships and keeping them consistently informed about their child's progress and wellbeing.

Who we're looking for:

Our ideal Nursery Practitioner will be level 3 qualified with a full and relevant early years or childcare qualification and will have an evident passion for making a difference within the sector whilst having a strong understanding of the developmental stages and emotional wellbeing of young children.

A good knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and how to implement this effectively with a group of key children will be vital within the role, along with an ability to plan meaningful and educational activities for our children.

Safeguarding our children is of the utmost importance at Happy Days, consequently you will show a strong commitment to well-being and safeguarding of all children in your care.

Experience with forming positive and professional relationships by communicating effectively with our children, parents and families will be essential and whilst experience within a nursery setting is highly advantageous, all qualified candidates will be considered for this role.
