Candidates must have experience working with children 0-5
Must hold Level 3 Childcare qualification
Check that each child is considered in the planning accessible to the child and displayed for parents input.
Follow and implement EYFS
Check the children in attendance are signed in on the room register.
Support the delivery of Adult-Led Activities.
Indicate routine changes building continuity and consistency for the children.
Ensure the environment is exciting and stimulating, that all areas are well stocked with quality play equipment and resources.
Ensure that activities are enhanced daily throughout the week, add to and extend activities when appropriate.
Observe how the children use the activities and equipment available to them and improve as required.
Develop a system to involve room team in observation sharing and applying knowledge to planning to next steps.
Ensure that quality evidence is collated and used in a variety of ways, photographs, display boards, interest areas.
