We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Duties

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of all children in your care Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily routines Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication Supervise children during play, meals, nap times, and outdoor activities Organise the daily nursery schedule to ensure smooth operation of activities Support the professional development of junior staff and volunteers where applicable Assist with administrative tasks related to child records and compliance documentation Contribute to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment that celebrates diversity

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting is essential Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices Proven management and leadership skills within a childcare environment Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written Experience with organising activities and managing group dynamics effectively Valid driving licence is desirable for transporting children or supplies when required

Pay: 27,420.00-29,057.00 per year
