We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Corby. This is a full-time role for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education for young children.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS framework
Support children's learning, development, and emotional well-being
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Observe, assess, and record children's progress
Work positively as part of a team and build strong relationships with parents
Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred
Previous nursery or childcare experience desirable
Caring, reliable, and motivated attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of safeguarding practices
