Job Description

My client in West Byfleet, Surrey is seeking a Nursery Practitioner. Please only apply if you have a level 3 childcare qualification.

Nursery is looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday full time. or part time on minimum 30 hour contact.

Duties

- Utilise early childhood education principles to plan and deliver engaging activities for children

- To be creative, diverse, fun and cater for the children's well being and support behaviour.
- Work with the Room Leader and team members to the day-to-day running of the nursery room
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Provide support to other staff members in your team and throughout the whole nursery team
- Drive continuous improvement in the nursery's educational programmes
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care

Experience

- Previous experience working with young children is essential
- A level 3 or above qualifications in childcare or early childhood education is essential
- Strong English language skills for effective communication
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
