About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our supportive nursery team. The successful candidate will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support learning and development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Build positive and professional relationships with parents, carers, and children.
Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies.
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years Qualification preferred.
Strong Level 2 practitioners with the right experience and skills will also be considered.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursery or early years setting.
Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
Passionate about early childhood development and providing high-quality care.
