Working Hours & Shift Pattern
Full-time position, 40 hours per week, all year round
Daytime shifts between core nursery operating hours
Monday to Friday on a rota basis
Occasional flexibility required to support operational needs
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, child-centred nursery in West Drayton. As a Nursery Practitioner you will play a key role in creating meaningful learning experiences, supporting children's development, and contributing to a nurturing, inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
Support children's learning, wellbeing, and emotional development
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain accurate observations, records, and key person responsibilities
Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times
Create a stimulating, tidy, safe, and welcoming learning environment
Work collaboratively with the team to plan and evaluate activities
Support children with routines including meals, hygiene, and transitions
Contribute positively to team meetings, training, and quality improvement
Promote inclusive practice and ensure all children feel valued and supported
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential)
Experience working in an early years or nursery environment
Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities
Warm, patient, and confident with excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team
Reliable, organised, and committed to high-quality childcare
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
