Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team in GB. Based at our welcoming childcare setting, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development and ensuring a nurturing environment that aligns with our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to children's developmental needs.
Provide high-quality care ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.

Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
Support children's emotional, social, and educational growth.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development.
Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations and standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery's practices and policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early childhood setting.
Strong management and leadership skills to guide team members effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
A caring attitude with a genuine passion for child development.
Valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of childcare regulations and safeguarding procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 31,000.00-32,500.00 per year
