Rosedene Nurseries in Redhill are seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator/Practitioner to join their established team.


Rosedene have a dedicated and highly qualified team who are passionate about their children and giving them the best possible start in their early years. If you're Level 3 qualified, confident, caring, and enthusiastic you could be what we're looking for!

About you

Hold a full and relevant level 2/3 Early Years Qualification Have a good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding duties, nursery procedures and policies Have good knowledge of birth to 5 development and the EYFS curriculum Excellent practice within an early years setting Have excellent organisational and time management skills Demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge in Early Years and have full understanding of children's emotional, physical, psychological and educational developmental needs A positive attitude with an unwavering commitment to service excellence to allow us to maintain our high standards Be able to work as a team Have a professional attitude and manner

What you'll be doing

Supervising children within the nursery environment, including mealtimes, rest periods and nappy changing/toileting Creating fun and engaging activities to suit the needs of the children Promote good hygiene practices Building solid, caring relationships with parents/carers, families, professionals, and your team Keeping accurate records and communicating with parents/carers Supporting your team members and being a positive role model, who looks to develop and suggest positive changes Leading the room in the absence of the room leader Attend staff meetings or any training courses that will help enhance your personal and professional development Monitor and record all accidents Adhering to and implement all nursery procedures and policies
