We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 quilified Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant early childhood education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs through engaging activities and personalised care. Responsibilities

Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote learning, socialisation, and development. Supervising children during playtime, mealtimes, and rest periods to ensure their safety and well-being. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Monitoring and recording children's progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones. Assisting with the organisation of daily routines within the nursery setting. Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting environment that meets health and safety standards. Supporting the integration of children with additional needs through personalised care plans. Contributing to team meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance childcare practices.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable. Demonstrated management or leadership skills within a childcare environment are advantageous. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members. Experience in early childhood education programmes or childcare qualifications will be valued. This role is ideal for individuals committed to fostering a positive learning environment for young children while continuously developing their childcare expertise.

Pay: From 12.25 per hour
