As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children's learning through play, ensuring their safety, and fostering positive relationships with both children and their families.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment.
Observe and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records of their development.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and well-being.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive team atmosphere.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to childcare and early years education.
Skills
Strong management and leadership abilities to guide staff and support children's learning.
Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential.
Knowledge of childcare practices and early childhood education principles.
Excellent communication skills in English to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
A nurturing attitude combined with patience and enthusiasm for working with young children. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children and possess the required skills.
