About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated

Nursery Practitioner

to join our childcare team. This is an exciting opportunity for a

Level 3 qualified practitioner

with proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting to make a real difference in children's early years development.

As part of our team, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times. Maintain accurate records and observations to track progress and support individual needs. Work as part of a supportive team, contributing ideas and best practices.

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential).

Minimum

2-3 years' proven experience

in a nursery or childcare setting. Strong knowledge of EYFS framework. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
