Summary

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Mitcham. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children, contributing to their growth and development while embodying our values of care and education.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging educational activities tailored to children's developmental needs. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive nursery environment. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development. Uphold nursery policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare. Proven experience working in a nursery or similar childcare setting. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
