About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner

to join our friendly and nurturing team in London SE5. The successful candidate will provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in line with the EYFS framework. Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development. Maintain accurate observations and assessments to track individual progress. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Ensure that safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed at all times. Contribute to the daily routines of the nursery, including meal times, sleep routines, and outdoor play. Work collaboratively within a team to maintain high standards of care and learning. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.

Requirements:

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare

(e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent). Sound knowledge of the

EYFS

, safeguarding, and child protection procedures. Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for working with children. Enhanced

DBS check

(or willingness to obtain one).
