We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Nursery Practitioner
with a Level 3 Child Care qualification to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support for children, fostering their learning, development, and well-being in a safe and nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and deliver engaging activities that support children's development. Support children's emotional, social, and educational needs in line with the curriculum. Observe, assess, and record children's progress to inform future planning. Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children at all times. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals. Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating environment. Comply with safeguarding policies, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Level 3 Child Care qualification required. Experience working in early years or nursery settings preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Passionate about child development and providing high-quality care.
