Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated

Nursery Practitioner

with a Level 2 or 3 Child Care qualification to join our team. The role involves supporting children's learning and development, assisting in daily nursery operations, and working closely with the team to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Assist in the supervision and care of children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times. Maintain accurate records of children's development, progress, and daily routines. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider nursery team. Support the smooth running of the nursery and contribute to team initiatives.

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 Child Care qualification. Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting preferred. Knowledge of EYFS and child development principles. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passionate about working with children and supporting their growth and development.
