About the Role:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Nursery Practitioner

with a

Level 3 or higher childcare qualification

to join our team in London W14. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to children in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver exceptional care to children aged 0-5 years. Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities. Observe, assess, and record children's development in line with EYFS standards. Promote a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.

Requirements:



Level 3 or higher childcare qualification (Early Years Educator / Nursery Practitioner). Experience in a nursery or early years setting. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Passionate, patient, and adaptable approach to childcare.
