About the Role

West Hendon Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

to join our friendly and supportive team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, and the ability to create a stimulating, fun, and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 2-5 years. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging activities in line with EYFS requirements. Observe, assess, and track children's development, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment at all times. Support children's emotional, physical, and educational development. Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and nursery events. Follow safeguarding policies and ensure the wellbeing of all children.

Requirements

Level 3 Childcare qualification

(essential). Previous experience working in an early years setting. Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach. Right to work in the UK.
