About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated

Nursery Practitioner

with a

Level 3 early years qualification

to join our friendly and dynamic team in NW10. This is a full?time role (40 hours per week) working with children in a nurturing, safe, and stimulating early years environment.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support the planning and delivery of high?quality care and education for children, ensuring their individual needs are met and promoting their development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age?appropriate activities to support children's learning and development Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment Support children's emotional, social, and physical development Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to team planning Build positive relationships with parents and carers Follow safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times

Required Qualifications & Skills

Level 3 Early Years qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent)

Understanding of the

EYFS framework

Experience working in a nursery or early years setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Patient, reliable, and child?centred approach Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
