We are looking for a caring and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our baby room team at Emmy's Day Nursery.
This role is perfect for someone who truly loves working with babies and enjoys being part of a small, supportive, close-knit team where everyone works together.
About the Role
You will be working in our baby room, supporting children aged 0-2 years and providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where babies can thrive.
What We're Looking For

? Previous baby room experience (essential)
? Previous nursery experience

Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care at all times.
Foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages children's curiosity and independence.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily routines.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development and daily activities.
Support colleagues in creating an organised and efficient nursery setting.
Lead by example in implementing best practices in childcare management and early childhood education.
Assist with organising outings or trips that enhance children's learning experiences; driving may be required.
Experience
Proven experience working with children within a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
Demonstrated management or leadership skills within early childhood environments are highly desirable.
Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education frameworks.
Previous experience in childcare management or supervision roles is advantageous.
