Summary

We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Rosebank nursery in Lymm. This vital role involves supporting the development and well-being of young children within our nurturing environment, contributing to our mission of providing high-quality care and early education.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of high-quality care and early childhood education for children aged from babies to four years. Implement engaging outdoor activities that promote learning through play. Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver age-appropriate educational programs. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress. Maintain accurate records of children's development and activities. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Contribute to a positive team environment through leadership and management skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early childhood setting. Excellent communication skills in English. Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood education. A valid driving license is preferred but not essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Passion for supporting children's development and learning.
