The Role

We're looking for caring, enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our Narborough team. As a key worker, you'll play an important role in supporting children's early development and creating a safe, inspiring environment.



In this role, you will:



Be a key person for a group of children, planning and recording their learning journeys

Deliver fun, creative activities linked to the EYFS

Provide high-quality care, focusing on health, hygiene, and safety

Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates

Work collaboratively with the whole nursery team, sharing ideas and supporting colleagues

Attend training sessions, team meetings, and parents' evenings as needed

What We're Looking For:



Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

GCSE English/Maths or Functional Skills (if required)

Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to complete)

Experience in a childcare or nursery setting is desirable

Most importantly -- a genuine passion for helping children grow, learn, and explore

Hours & Pay:



Full-time or part-time hours available

Salary from 12.76 per hour, depending on qualification and experience
