Summary

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Mitcham. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering the development and well-being of young children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in their educational journey.

Responsibilities

Create a safe and stimulating environment for children. Plan and implement engaging educational activities. Monitor children's progress and development. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's needs. Maintain accurate records of children's activities and progress. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Support the overall management of the nursery. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare. Experience working in a nursery or similar setting. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Passion for working with young children.
