We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Create engaging and stimulating learning activities that cater to the individual needs of each child.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive community.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and clean nursery environment.
Demonstrate effective management and leadership skills by guiding less experienced staff and supporting their professional development.
Communicate effectively in English with children, parents, and colleagues to facilitate understanding and engagement.
Experience
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable.
Demonstrated management and leadership experience within an educational or childcare environment would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with children, parents, and staff members effectively.
A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations if required.
