Job Description

NURSERY PRACTITIONER (Qualified) - UP TO 28,000 p/a

Early Years Practitioner required to work between 36-40 hours a week (negotiable) over 4 or 4.5 days (40 hours = 4 x 9 hour shifts plus 1 x half day) this includes Paid lunch breaks. This is a permanent post.

Summary

As an Early Years Nursery Practitioner, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Nursery Manager, your core responsibilities will include delivering high-quality early childhood education, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and effectively communicating with parents and staff. Your experience in childcare and nursery settings, combined with leadership skills, will enhance the learning experience. Additionally, your proficiency in English and driving will support effective communication and logistics, making you a vital part of our dedicated team.

Qualifications

Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education Proven experience working with children in a nursery setting Strong understanding of early childhood education principles Excellent communication skills to engage with children and parents Valid driving license is preferred for transportation needs

Pay: 10.00-13.46 per hour
