You must have a minimum NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, qualification in Early Years to be considered from this role. Ofsted do not recognise Health and Social Care of Teaching Assistant qualifications in Early Years

We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our beautiful nursery in Oundle.

We need someone with an understanding of:

- Key Person Systems

- Planning - next steps and continuing to extend children's knowledge (ITMP)

- Outdoor Play

- Prepared environment

- Meeting the needs of the children

You will be given extended training and support in your role from within the Nursery and the central Operations Team. We currently pay for many of our team to undertake their Foundation Degrees and Honours Degrees.

Our children are at the centre of everything we do. We following the EYFS but more than that we meet the indivdual needs of every child in our care. We offer many different activities both at the nursery and within the local Community.
