Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner:

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

Creating a warm, welcoming, and

homely environment

for children aged 0-5 Building

trusting relationships

with children and their families Supporting the

emotional, physical, and educational development

of every child Following the EYFS and Development Matters frameworks to plan and deliver

fun, creative, and age-appropriate activities

that inspire curiosity and learning Promoting a

safe and nurturing atmosphere

, where every child feels seen, valued, and loved Working closely with your team to maintain a calm,

family-like setting

Observing and recording children's progress, and working with parents to support their child's development Being a

positive role model

, encouraging kindness, independence, and respect Helping with daily routines including meals, toileting, and rest - all with gentleness and care
