Responsibilities



Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote children's development across all areas of learning. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities to meet individual needs. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment that encourages exploration and play. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are consistently met. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to build strong relationships and support children's learning journeys. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Skills



Proven experience in childcare or nursery settings is essential, with a focus on early childhood education. Strong management and leadership abilities to guide a team effectively while fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Excellent communication skills in English to engage with children, parents, and colleagues clearly and effectively. A genuine passion for working with children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and enthusiasm in all interactions. Driving skills are advantageous for transporting children or attending off-site activities as required. A commitment to ongoing professional development within the field of early childhood education is highly valued.
