As the appointed Nursery Practitioner, you will show a true passion towards the role and playing a vital part of the children's development.
Location: Southend on Sea, Essex
Role: Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3 qualified)
Pay: Competitive rates - PAYE - no umbrella companies
Requirements: MUST hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare and have relevant experience working with children in the last 3 years. All applicants need to have a clear understanding of safeguarding children, Prevent and FGM, or be willing to undergo training prior to starting work. The appointed Nursery Practitioner will be subject to an enhanced DBS, which will be put on the update service.
Responsibilities of the Nursery Practitioner:
Have the opportunity to observe, deliver and plan engaging and stimulating educational content following the EYFS curriculum through play-base activities.
Proactively supporting staff members and efficiently communicating with staff, children and their families.
Follow safeguarding protocols and policies.
Able to use initiative but be confident to seek guidance when necessary.
The appointed Nursery Practitioner will be dedicated to playing a vital role in the children's cognitive, physical and social development.
