Job Summary:

Windmill Nursery is a 50 place nursery for children 3months-5years based in Mayes Lane, Harwich, surrounded by horses. We are seeking dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and creating a nurturing environment for early childhood development.

We are recruiting for full time, part time and bank staff team members to work in our baby, toddler and pre-school room. This role is for all year round, we are open Monday-Friday, 8:00-18:00. Duties & Requirements
- Plan and deliver engaging activities suitable for the age group you're working in
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Demonstrate willingness in managing daily routines and activities
- Have an understanding of the EYFS
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Support children's individual needs and development
- Have a qualification or willing to train in Nursery or Early Childhood Education
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with children in a nursery setting
- Strong organisational skills to manage daily routines effectively

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
