Full-time (typically 40 hours per week, flexible working options available)

Salary:

13.75 (Level 2), 14.00 (Level 3) per hour

Katey's Ham

offers a unique balance of indoor learning and outdoor adventure across five acres of fields, astro-turf, and playgrounds. Our approach blends structured learning with free exploration in nature, boosting focus, creativity, and problem-solving skills. This is a setting where the outdoors is an extension of the classroom, and children grow in confidence every day. The nursery is a 48-place setting situated by the river, offering a peaceful, spacious environment within reach of surrounding communities.

About the Role


We're looking for

enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Practitioners

to join our team.

As a Practitioner, you will:

Deliver the

EYFS framework

through engaging, child-led play Support the development of key children through observation, assessment, and planning Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers Ensure safeguarding and inclusive practice is at the heart of everything you do Work as part of a friendly, collaborative team in a well-resourced, stimulating environment

What We're Looking For



A

full & relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification

in Early Years

Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

A solid understanding of the

EYFS

and

safeguarding

requirements

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A positive, caring attitude and a commitment to high-quality childcare
