The Role
We are looking for a
Room Leader for our 2-3 years room
who will:
Lead with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
Create a calm, enabling environment that supports curiosity and independence
Inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding practice
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
Observe, reflect, and plan around children's interests and schemas
Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding at all times
About You
You will be:
Level 3 qualified (or above)
in Early Years
Highly knowledgeable about child development, particularly ages 2-3
Extremely passionate
about Early Years and child-centred practice
Confident leading a room and supporting staff development
Aligned with the
Curiosity Approach
and reflective practice
Enthusiastic about outdoor learning and forest school principles
Caring, patient, and emotionally attuned to young children
