Nursery Practitioner

to join our team.



Opened in 2021, our purpose-built nursery offers spacious, stimulating rooms for Teenies, Toddlers and Preschool children, along with a bespoke Early Years garden designed to spark imagination and exploration. We're proud to provide high-quality, Ofsted-approved childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years.



Our nursery is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from

Tunbridge Wells train station

, with regular services to London and surrounding areas. We're also well-connected by local bus routes, making your commute smooth and stress-free--whether you're coming from nearby towns or further afield.

Your Role





As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll:


Support children's development through tailored planning and play-based learning Deliver engaging activities that reflect each child's interests and developmental stage Build strong, trusting relationships with families and keep them involved in their child's journey Collaborate with your room team to create a safe, organised, and joyful environment Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards with confidence and care

Whether you're in our cosy baby room or our lively preschool space with free-flow garden access, you'll be part of a setting where children are encouraged to be themselves.

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS framework A commitment to safeguarding and emotional wellbeing Creativity, initiative, and a genuine love for working with children Previous nursery experience is a bonus--but passion and potential matter most
