Blythe Bridge Day Nursery is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner Apprentice to join our busy and friendly setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in childcare. You will work towards a Level 3 Early Years qualification, supported by our in-house apprentice mentor, ensuring you receive high-quality training and guidance throughout your apprenticeship.

Once qualified, there are clear routes for career progression, including opportunities to continue your development as a Nursery Practitioner Level 3 within our setting.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be outgoing, caring, and enthusiastic Have an interest in child development and early years education Be willing to learn and develop new skills Work well as part of a team Be committed to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children
No previous qualifications are required other than English and Maths GCSE's - just a genuine passion for working with children.
