We currently have a vacancy in our 0-2 building and are seeking an experienced individual, passionate about working with babies and toddler's.

As a nursery practitioner you will be providing an outstanding level of care and education for our children. We believe in putting the wellbeing of our children and their families at the centre of everything we do. You will become part of an experienced, supportive and friendly team. Each day will consist of -

Planning and implementing learning and play activities.

Working with children towards their early years goals. Ensuring compliance with EYFS framework and OFSTED standards.

Observing and assessing children's learning and development.

Creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where every child is safe and valued.

Becoming a key worker for children, developing relationships with the child and their families. Ensuring their individual goals are being worked towards.

To comply with safe guarding and GDPR policies.

Ensuring health safety standards are met to a high standard.

Participate in nursery training and events.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team working with other agencies and professionals as required. Working as member of the nursery team supporting other staff. Escalating any concerns to management.

Minimum requirements



Level 3 full and relevant early years qualification. Must have 2 years experience in an early years setting.

Essential



Knowledge and experience of delivering the EYFS.

Strong knowledge and understanding of safe guarding procedures.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education is crucial.

Ability to drive initiatives that contribute to the nursery's success while fostering a positive learning environment.
