Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for children in our nursery setting. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children aged from birth to five years.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality childcare and early years education in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development across all areas. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to support their individual development plans. Manage daily routines, ensuring that all children are cared for in a safe and hygienic environment. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates on children's progress and addressing any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive team atmosphere, sharing ideas and best practices. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to continuous improvement in childcare practices.
