Job Description

- We are looking for a Level 2 or 3 qualified nursery nurse to be based in our Little Makers room working with babies 2-3 years old.

-You will be working alongside the Room Supervisor to care for the toddlers needs and plan for their development.

- We are looking for a candidate with nursery experience and a passion for working with toddlers.

-This is a full time position, working all year around. Shift basis ranging from 8am-5pm/ 9am-6pm.

Our Hemel Hempstead nursery is in Bennetts end HP3 8EW.

We are a caring, fun and dedicated team.

In August 2022 the nursery was bought by Phillippa and Becky and it is now called The house that Jack built nursery Hemel Hempstead.

Since the change of ownership the whole nursery has been decorated and all the reasources are new.

At the nursery we are a strong believer that everyone should enjoy going to work. We all work hard but have fun while we're here. We plan and do lots of fun, engaging and stimulating activities with the children.

We upload all of our activities, observations and the children's daily routines onto the Famly app which is quick and effective.

We have 4 play rooms and we are looking for new team members in a few of our rooms due to our growing numbers which is exciting.

*The tiny Dreamers (6-16 months)

*The little Dreamers (16-28 months)

*The little Makers (2-3 years)

*The little storytellers (3-5 years)

The person we are looking for has a genuine passion for Early Years childcare, and has full and relevant Level 2 or 3.

We do lots of fun and stimulating activities at nursery.

We offer lots of training and development oppurtunities.

You would work alongside the team ensuring that all of the children's care and safeguarding needs are met, the nursery policies and procedures are implemented.
