Are you an experienced Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Educator thinking about making the move into primary schools? Right Education is supporting nurseries and schools across Gainsborough and the surrounding areas, offering flexible opportunities for practitioners to transition into EYFS and Key Stage 1 classrooms.

These roles are ideal if you're looking to broaden your experience beyond nursery settings, gain insight into school life, and build the skills needed for longer-term classroom roles. Many placements start on a short-term basis but often lead to longer-term or permanent contracts where there's a strong fit.

What you'll be doing

Supporting children's early development in school-based EYFS and KS1 classrooms Using your nursery experience to nurture confidence, literacy, and language skills Assisting with classroom routines, group activities, and transitions Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to meet individual needs Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

What we're looking for

Experience in nursery or early years settings A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning Confidence working with young children and adapting to school environments An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification is desirable but not essential

Pay

13.69 - 14.75 per hour, depending on experience and setting
