Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Watford has been dedicated to providing exceptional childcare that fosters learning, development, and growth in a safe and nurturing environment. Our nursery is thoughtfully designed with bright open-plan rooms, creative outdoor spaces, and modern equipment to support children's early years.


We are seeking passionate and energetic Nursery Practitioners ( Qualified or Unqualified, Full time or part time with flexible hours) to join our team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality care and education to children, supporting their individual needs and promoting their overall development. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a positive, engaging environment where children feel happy, safe, and inspired to explore.



Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and development in line with early childhood education principles. Provide attentive care for children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through nurturing interactions and positive behavior management strategies. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment with engaging resources that encourage curiosity and independence. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor progress and address individual needs effectively. Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures diligently to ensure a secure environment for every child. Assist with daily routines such as mealtimes, nap times, diapering, and outdoor play.



Previous experience working with children in settings such as nurseries, daycare centers, or preschools is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development stages and best practices in early childhood education. Certification in first aid is essential to ensure quick response to emergencies. Experience working with children with disabilities or special educational needs is a plus. Strong classroom management skills combined with the ability to nurture positive behavior. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and families. A caring attitude with a genuine passion for supporting young children's growth and learning. Pay: 25,400.00-27,040.00 per year
