About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and caring

Nursery Practitioner

with a

Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification

to join our welcoming nursery team in Wembley. The role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in children's early development by providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in line with the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

framework. Plan and deliver engaging activities to support children's development, learning, and wellbeing. Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with parents and the team. Maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive nursery environment. Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times. Support daily routines, including meals, sleep, and play sessions. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and contribute to the nursery's continuous improvement. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification

(NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent). Knowledge of the

EYFS framework

and child development principles. Experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children. Ability to work flexibly within assigned shifts. Enhanced

DBS check

(or willingness to obtain one).
