Working Hours & Shift Pattern
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shifts follow a rota pattern across opening hours
Breaks provided in line with nursery policy
Occasional overtime may be available depending on setting needs
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, respected and high-quality nursery in West Kensington. You will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing in a nurturing, child-led environment. Key Responsibilities
Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS
Act as a Key Worker, building supportive relationships with children and families
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and curiosity
Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment across all age groups
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, DBS and Ofsted requirements
Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold high-quality childcare practice
Contribute to planning, observations, assessments and room development
Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and independence
Support smooth daily routines and transitions throughout the setting
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
Experience as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator or Childcare Practitioner
Strong understanding of child development, the EYFS and Early Learning Goals
Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and Ofsted expectations
A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for early childhood education
Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team
