Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team in our Moreton and Meols settings. The deal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to manage and nurture children in a safe and stimulating environment. This role requires effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to fostering the development of young children.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery setting. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with early years frameworks. Manage daily routines, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery environment. Support children's emotional and social development through positive interactions. Drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences within the nursery.

Experience

Previous experience in childcare or early years education is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
