Salary:

12.50-14.50ph / 26,000 - 30,160pa (depending on experience/qualification)

Hours:

40 or 42.5 hours / 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7:30am-6:15pm / Permanent, all year round - (30 Hours over 3 days can also be considered)

Early Years Practitioner

to our warm and friendly nurseries in

Wokingham, RG40 and Reading, RG10.

Caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years, we provide a nurturing, bespoke experience focused on outdoor learning, sustainability, and a child-centred approach. Our goal is to help every child grow with confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Responsibilities

Support the nursery to maintain high standards and ensure full compliance with EYFS and regulatory guidance Create inspiring, creative, and engaging learning environments Ensure children's safety and wellbeing through strong safeguarding knowledge Implement the EYFS with a solid understanding of child development Build positive partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals Maintain a positive attitude with children, colleagues, families, and visitors

About You

Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)

Previous nursery practitioner experience Driver with own transport unless local Creative, positive, and able to inspire children Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Able to build and maintain positive working relationships Eligible to work in the UK
