, offers full day care for up to 80 children aged

6 weeks to 5 years

Nursery Practitioners

to join our amazing team.

Location:

Fairfield Day Nursery, Carnforth Drive, Warndon, Worcester

Two Full-time

Positions

8.00am - 4.00pm & 10.00am - 6.00pm,

Two Part-time Positions:

8.00am - 1.00pm & 1.00pm - 6.00pm

Start Date:

September 2025

Essential Requirements

We're looking for:

Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification

Experience working with children in an Early Years setting A solid understanding of the

EYFS framework

Ability to plan, observe, assess, and support children's development Confidence in building strong partnerships with parents A positive, energetic, and caring attitude

Ideal Strengths to Have

The ability to

roar like a dinosaur or flutter like a fairy

A happy, smiling face that makes children feel safe and seen A love for

laughing daily

with little people Storytelling skills that involve

at least five character voices

(and can handle interruptions every two lines!)
