What We're Looking For

? Level 3 Diploma for the

Early Years Practitioner (Early Years Educator)

(Level 3 or above is essential)

? At least 2 years' experience in a childcare role, such as

Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Assistant, Room Leader, Childminder, or Teaching Assistant

? Strong understanding of EYFS and child development

? Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills

? A passion for early years education and supporting the growth of both children and colleagues

? Right to work in the UK

What will you do

? Lead engaging play and learning activities in line with the EYFS framework

? Act as a role model for junior practitioners, offering guidance and support

? Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and caregivers

? Monitor children's progress and document assessments

? Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are upheld at all times

? Support daily operations and step in to lead when required

? Work flexibly on a rotating shift basis within nursery opening hours

Pre-employment requirements:

? Two satisfactory references

? Enhanced DBS check (required prior to start)

? Overseas criminal record check if you have lived or worked outside the UK in the last 5 years

Pay: 25,400.00-29,000.00 per year
