We're Hiring: Nursery Practitioner & Room Leader

RH10 1LR

Full-Time | 43.5 Hours per Week

Salaries:

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3): 13.50 per hour Room Leader (Level 3): 14.25 per hour

About Us:

We are a nurturing and supportive nursery dedicated to providing high-quality early years education. We are currently looking for passionate childcare professionals to join our growing team in the following roles:

1. Nursery Practitioner

Responsibilities:

Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS Create a safe, stimulating, and caring environment Assist with planning activities, observations, and assessments Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting Understanding of child development and safeguarding

2. Room Leader

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of practitioners within your designated room Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities Ensure compliance with all EYFS and safeguarding standards Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and staff

Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years qualification Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a nursery setting Strong communication and leadership skills
